New Information Sheets and FAQs on Health Privacy - intended to assist private sector health service providers in fulfilling a range of obligations under the Privacy Act 1988.
The following new information sheets can be accessed via the Office of the Privacy Commissioner's website: www.privacy.gov.au/publications/(IS number as below)
