Application for accreditation as an Expert Witness should be directed to the Chairman of the State Medico-Legal Committee through the State Branch. Click on attached file for Criteria for Expert Witnesses.

A minimum of seven CPD points is required per triennium to be apointed as an accredited Expert Witness. The CPD Committee approves activities for this purpose. Ms Eden Tay, RANZCO, may be contacted for further information, especially on the points per activity. See attached file for accredited activities.
